Insurance and Payments

If you do not have these insurance providers, I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. Your insurance company is required by the Affordable Care Act of 2012 to provide coverage for breastfeeding support at 100% coverage with no co-pay. Cash payment is required up front, and after the consultation, you will be given a superbill receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Home visits and telehealth coverage may vary.

Cash Pay rate for an in-office visit is $200 for 60 minutes.

Cash Pay rate for a home visit is $300 for 90 minutes.
